There is a warm welcome waiting for you in our recently built, environmentally-friendly, luxury family home in Dullingham, a small village 3 miles/5 minutes from Newmarket in Suffolk. We are ideally situated for Horseracing at Newmarket, Tattersalls Horse Sales, Cambridge (12 miles/20 minutes), Stanstead Airport (35 miles/30 minutes) and Duxford Aviation Museum. Our accommodation consists of:

a separate suite comprising bedroom, lounge & en-suite. This suite is available at special rates for long-term, mid-week (Mon-Thu) rent - please email/call for details
a luxury, double bedroom in the house with en-suite
a double room with exclusive use of a luxury bathroom with roll-top bath, shower & bidet

All rooms have flat-screen Digital TVs, tea/coffee making facilities and a fridge plus WiFi (for an additional charge of £5/day). Full English Breakfast included.

We are in the popular Cambridgeshire village of Dullingham with unobstructed views of the countryside. Once you have arrived you will not need your car for refreshment as we are just 250m from The Boot (a classic village pub) which overlooks the village green and 500m from The King's Head which serves food all day. We have ample off-road parking space.
