Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Validity.

  1. These Terms & Conditions are valid from 25 May 2010 until further notice.

2. Bookings.

  1. Bookings made without a valid credit/debit card are not guaranteed.
  2. A booking will be guaranteed if details of a valid credit/debit card are provided. No payment is taken at this stage - deposits are not required
  3.  We reserve the right to refuse bookings.

3. Cancellations, No Shows or premature departures.

  1. Bookings may be cancelled, without charge, up to 72 hours before 6.00pm local time on the booked date of arrival. Cancelation after this time will result in a charge for the first night's accommodation at the booked rate. 
  2.  If a guest fails to arrive for the accommodation (known as a No Show), the reserved room will be held until noon on the day following the reservation date. If the guest does not arrive during this time they will be charged for one night’s stay, and the rest of the booking will be cancelled with no further charges.

4. How to Pay.

  1. Final payments can be via credit/debit card or cash.
  2. Cheques are not accepted.

5. Damage.

  1. Guests are responsible for the full cost of any damage they may cause during their stay.
  2. Additionally, where damage caused by guests makes the room unfit for letting, they will be liable for loss of income for each day that the room is unfit for letting. This will be charged at the appropriate rates for the date(s) in question as displayed on the web site www.baconandeggs.co.uk

6. Smoking.

  1. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms. A £75 cleaning charge will be levied if you smoke in your room.
