Booking Terms & Conditions
1. Validity.
- These Terms & Conditions are valid from 5 July 2009 until further notice.
2. Bookings.
- A valid credit/debit card is required for all on-line bookings - deposits are not required.
- We reserve the right to refuse/cancel bookings.
3. Cancellations/Shortened Stay.
- There is no charge for cancellations made more than 2 full days before arrival.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours from planned arrival time will be liable for 50% of the full cost of the planned stay - unless we are able to re-let the room(s).
- Guests departing earlier or arriving later than their confirmed booking dates will be liable for 50% of the unused nights rate.
4. How to Pay.
- Final payments can be via credit/debit card or cash.
- Cheques are not accepted.
5. Damage.
- Guests are responsible for the full cost of any damage they may cause during their stay.
- Additionally, where damage caused by guests makes the room unfit for letting, they will be liable for loss of income for each day that the room is unfit for letting. This will be charged at the appropriate rates for the date(s) in question as displayed on the web site www.baconandeggs.co.uk
