Beverley & Adrian look forward to welcoming you to our recently-built, environmentally-friendly, luxury family home. Situated in the beautiful village of Dullingham just 3 miles/5 minutes from Newmarket we are ideally situated for Horseracing at Newmarket, Tattersalls Horse Sales, Cambridge (12 miles/20 minutes), Stanstead Airport (35 miles/30 minutes) and Duxford Aviation Museum.
With unobstructed views of the countryside, plenty of wildlife and just a five minute walk from two pubs, the village green and the village pond - you will have everything you need to relax and unwind!
We have three double rooms as follows:

a separate suite comprising bedroom, lounge & en-suite. This suite is also available at special rates for long-term, mid-week (Mon-Thu) rent - please email/call for details
